Our Services

Our collaborations with coaches experienced in professional play is guaranteed to be a thorough and fruitful way for you to build up your own playbook, your confidence on in-game strategy, and ability to handle all out-of-game situations that a good coach must be capable of dealing with.

We have partnered with lawyers to ensure that members can have their contracts reviewed to ensure that a coach is not exploited by their offer’s terms and clauses. We also provide legal workshops to guarantee that coaches are armed with their own knowledge of situations so they can navigate contract negotiation and disputes more safely.

We will hold events and summits in advancement of the craft of coaching and esports competition. We will also subsidize member travel to already existing events, conferences, and summits based on financial need and value of attendance.

We are in discussions with Riot Games and the LCS to be the representative body of coaches in discussions revolving around any rule changes, format changes, etc. We also will be advocates for our members who are facing undue exploitation of their labor or time.
