The ECG is a 501c6 non-profit trade association. This means all revenue generated goes back to work and programming that directly benefits YOU as a member of the Guild. We only work to advance the craft and best practices of coaching in the esports industry.
Meet Gabriel
I built the ECG on a foundation of experience across every facet of the League of Legends talent pipeline. I have seen the weaknesses of the system with respect to staff; we currently don’t see adequate mentorship or education opportunities available to coaches. As well, coaches need protection from bad faith actors looking to exploit them or put them under undue legal liability.
Why Work with US?
I have five years of professional coaching experience and seven years total. I have been nominated for coaching awards, won multiple competitions, including Academy and International competition (a rarity in North American League of Legends). I have helped the careers of many players through enabling their promotions, and coaches through giving them access to mentorship and advice that I never had access to myself. I have also worked directly with Riot as an advisor to the league, a stalwart presence of their Game Changers program, and as on-air analyst talent.
