The Esports Coaches Guild commits to educating, protecting, and advocating for esports coaches. It was created to provide for the current and next generation of coaches as they navigate a young competitive industry on the border between entertainment and technology.

Access and use the full suite of what the ECG offers. This includes all educational material, scaling all the way up to the professional level. Have legal counsel review your contracts to protect you from exploitation and legal liability. Have priority access to all ECG events.

The pillars of support

  • Education

    Courses and resources produced by pro-level coaches. We also provide access to summits, conferences, and keynote speeches to help you grow as a coach.

  • legal counsel

    Provision of legal counsel to do contract reviews to protect members against predatory or exploitative clauses. We run legal workshops as well to arm coaches with knowledge to protect themselves during contract negotiations.

  • Advocacy

    We work for our membership in direct contact with Riot as it pertains to rules, policy, and compliance at ALL levels of competition to ensure best practices and advancement of the craft of coaching.
